Ingredients
6 eggs 50g smoked trout ( you can add grated cheese and diced bacon instead of trout) 1 tablespoon butter or olive spread 3 tablespoon olive oil 1-2 small garlic gloves, finely chopped Salt, pepper

Prepare all ingredients.

Chop trout.

You will need two (small and large) saucepans. Fill up the large saucepan with water, making sure the smaller saucepan can be placed inside without the water overflowing. Crack the eggs into the small saucepan and put aside for now. Put the larger one on the fire. Once the water in the larger saucepan has heated, place the smaller saucepan inside and continuously stir with a wooden spoon.

When the eggs thicken, add olive oil, butter, garlic, and trout. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir and heat for 1 more minute and serve!

You can add any other ingredients of your choice. Mushrooms, cheese, bacon will all result in a different, but great taste!
