Place potatoes in a saucepan and boil until tender. Add olive oil, season with salt and pepper then mash coarsely. Set aside.
Cut fish fillets into large pieces.
Spoon the flour into a cup, add 150 – 200 ml of cold milk and whisk until smooth. Then pour the rest of the milk into a saucepan, place on heat and gradually add flour mixture, stirring, until well combined. Add mustard, butter, salt and pepper, stir. Heat the sauce, stirring over a low heat until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in the fish and Tasty cheese and continue to simmer for 5 mins.
