Marinated Pork Ribs

 
 

      Ingredients
  • 1.5kg Pork ribs (from the butcher)
  •  
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  •  
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  •  
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
  •  
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin Powder (ground cumin seeds)
  •  
  • ½ Coriander seeds
  •  
  • ½ Coriander Powder (ground coriander seeds)
  •  
  • Salt, Pepper
  •  
  • 1 Lemon, juice
  •  
  • 30ml White Wine
  •  
  • ½ bunch Fresh Coriander, chopped
  •  
  • Large oven bag from supermarket
  •  
      Method
1

Cut ribs into pieces. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight to marinade.

Preheat oven to 180C. Place marinated ribs in the bag and tie off. Pierce some holes in top of the bag. Place into the oven and cook for 1 hour. Then open top of the bag and cook for more 15 minutes until golden colour.
