Apple Mousse Slices
Dissolve gelatine in hot water. Using electric mixer beat apple puree, sugar and egg white until colour is creamy-white and tripled in volume. (approx. 5 -17 minute). Add gelatine and continue to beat for few seconds until combined.
Pour mixture into prepared tray. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set. Cut into squares. Decorate.
